1. Always keep the big picture in mind

When the product team is always focused on providing incremental changes, they often forget about the overall goal—creating a product that will be valuable, functional, and usable for people. This effect is called tunnel vision—when a team focuses on producing a specific feature but does not think about how this feature will be integrated into the entire product experience.
